1.The mill consists mainly of rolls ,frame ,bearing,roll nip adjusting screws,heating and cooling device,emergency,stop librication systerm and such sections as electrical controls ,etc.

2.The main electric motor arives the front and rolls to rotate oppositly through reducer ,driving gears and friction gears.

3.the rolls are made of chilled alloyed cast iron ,their working surfaces are high hardness and wear-resistant.

4. Roll nip adjustment is realized by hand operation which can obtain high accuracy and sensitivity.

5.The mill is adoped with horizontal tyre of reducer
